iPhone 14 and 14 plus launched in new colour

iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus have been introduced in a new yellow color in India and the global market.

The new color option sits alongside the existing Midnight, Starlight, Red, Blue, and Purple shades. Similar specifications have been given in the new color option.

iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus yellow variants price in India,

The price in India for the yellow color variant of the new iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus starts from around Rs 79,900 and Rs 89,900. 

The pair will also be available in 256GB and 512GB storage variants. 

The sale of the new color option will start from March 14.

However, customers can also pre-book the device from March 10. 

In addition, Apple is also offering the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus silicone cases in four new color options including Canary Yellow, Olive, Sky, and Iris.

Talking about the specification, apart from the difference in screen size and battery capacity in the yellow variant, the specifications of the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus are the same. 

The vanilla model comes with a 6.1-inch OLED display, while the Plus model comes with a 6.7-inch display. 

Apple last year removed the Plus variant from the company's iPhone mini model.

Both the phones are based on the A15 Bionic SoC (system-over-chip), which includes a 5-core GPU and a 6-core CPU. 

Furthermore, the A15 Bionic SoC on the iPhone 13 includes a 6-core CPU and a 4-core GPU. With the additional cores, the CPU and GPU provide more efficient performance without power consumption.

Dolby Vision in iPhone 14 and 14 Plus

Despite the difference in display size, the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus also support Dolby Vision and come with Ceramic Shield protection. 

Both phones have two 12-megapixel cameras (wide and ultra-wide) on the back, and a 12-megapixel camera sensor has also been included on the front. 

All cameras can record 4K video at 60fps.

Apple says the iPhone 14 lineup introduces a "photonic engine" for better low-light photography. Users can also enjoy action and cinematic video modes.

Satellite connectivity support is available in these cities.

The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus variants for Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, the UK, and the US also support satellite connectivity so users can send messages in areas with zero cellular connectivity. 

This facility is not available in India as it requires special government approval.
